Happy gardening

(Green Renaissance) Most gardeners will tell you that digging in the dirt makes them happy, some even call it therapeutic.

Happy gardening

This small group of gardeners from Telferton Allotment in Edinburgh, see their hobby as the perfect antidote to the modern world, a way of reclaiming some of the intangible things we’ve lost in our busy, dirt-free lives. While making this film, we were reminded that putting your hands into the soil can make you feel good – literally!
