Activating your 5D frequency by Judith Corvin-Blackburn

(Global Heart | Esther Haasnoot) We live in a time of profound transition on planet Earth as we get ready to birth a new version of our ancient selves. Activating Your 5D Frequency by Judith Corvin-Blackburn provides us with tools and road maps to help navigate this important passage.

Life on 5D Earth and activating your 5D Frequency

“Living in a just, loving, peaceful, and harmonious world can be more than only a pipe dream now we collectively awaken and giving birth to a 5D world. Since we are making an evolutionary shift to become five-dimensional people again. This ascension process and reclaiming our original nature can be often challenging and confusing. Activating your 5D frequency not only provides insight into what is happening emotionally, psychologically, and socially with the dimensional shift, it also provides us with a roadmap and the tools to navigate more easily and consciously through the waves of this energetic and evolutionary shift. Including identifying and integrating the personal and collective shadow self, healing emotional wounds, and welcoming higher frequencies”. – Esther Haasnoot
“This change in us and on our planet is not an overnight phenomenon. Having a future image of who we are becoming, as well as understanding the routes we are and will be taking to get there, will surely make our journey easier”.

An interview with Judith Corvin-Blackburn about her new book: Activating your 5D Frequency

Esther Haasnoot: In your book, you mentioned: “When we get to the point in our evolution where we truly embody the awareness that we are all part of each other, including the planet”. Can you tell us more about the Ascension process and the co-create of New Earth?

Judith Corvin-Blackburn: We have done much harm to ourselves and our planet by believing we are separate from each other and nature. Collectively, we lost the ability to feel our interconnection with everything and therefore lost the knowledge that our well-being and the well-being of all Creation are interdependent. As we went through the dimensional decent from our origins as 5D humans, which I speak of at length in the book, we forgot this unity. So, now in the Ascension process, we are once again beginning to understand that we are all in this together and that only through holding everyone in compassion will we be able to fully heal ourselves and our Earth.

As a psychotherapist, I look at the emotional, mental, and social aspects of the Ascension process. We have been conditioned to look at things in a dysfunctional and limited way, to have an unhealthy relationship with our feelings, and to believe that this is just the natural order of things. This limited thinking needs to get cleared and transformed to create the planet we all deserve to live on: to create New Earth filled with spiritually awakened people who honor all life, who live from their hearts, not their egos, and thus create harmony with each other and with nature. There were very ancient civilizations with societies like this, and this is what we will be re-creating but in a new way.

Esther Haasnoot: Ancient shamans predicted that the times we are presently living in would bring about a great awakening on planet Earth. Can you describe what is happening psychologically, emotionally, and socially with the dimensional shift?

Judith Corvin-Blackburn: We are now being asked to step into a new view of reality which most of us have been taught is impossible. In addition, our long history of living in separation-consciousness as I have mentioned above, has us all suffering from emotional wounding.

The 1960s and 1970s saw a resurgence of idealism, of the idea of peace and love, of knowing we truly are all equal, both in terms of race and gender, and imagining a world based on these ideals where everyone is treated justly and kindly. Also, it brought a concern about what we were doing to the environment. This was when the vision of New Earth began to come back into the Collective. Even though this vision seemed to go underground for many years, it is an essential part of stepping into our 5D consciousness.

The 80s saw a time, at least in the US, and I think in the West in general, where numerous people got into therapy, support groups, and workshops to identify and heal some of their personal wounds. (which since we are inter-connected, helps us all, and which is essential for us to do in order to navigate through the polarity of 4D.). And throughout those decades, many also were learning meditation, yoga, and other ways to calm the ego and reconnect with Spirit.
This created a good foundation for what we are going through currently in the dimensional shift, but it also activated our collective Shadow, the disowned parts of ourselves that did not want change. Our shadow selves would rather suffer and have all of humanity and the planet suffer, then to give up the illusions and limitations that we have been programmed with.

So now, we are asked to go deeper. Each of us is asked to keep healing our personal wounds and to meet and neutralize our shadow parts, including the parts we see reflected in the injustices and wars on the planet. We are asked to hold these parts in compassion, while not allowing them any outer power. This is not an easy process.

Added to this now, of course, is this world-wide pandemic. The fears and suffering that are arising for people, the lack of outer answers, throw us into confusion, and the awareness that things we thought we could count on, are disintegrating. This is part of the Ascension process and part of the challenge we all are facing, some clearly with more hardship than others.

As we reclaim our 5D Frequency, we open up more of our inner senses, and more of our heart’s wisdom so we are able to navigate through our own inner compass rather than relying on the outside world. But of course, as we go through this, we are dealing with fear and doubts as they arise, and they will probably arise often. Again, these are big challenges.

Esther Haasnoot: When rediscover our original nature as fifth-dimensional humans. What are the main qualities and developments of 5D humans?

Judith Corvin-Blackburn: The main qualities of a 5D human are being unconditional loving, honoring that we are connected to all of creation, and having access to amazing creativity. This means we are unconditionally loving to ourselves as well as all others. It means we live from the awareness that we are all One, so we know any harm to we do to another, hurts ourselves as well. And it means we use our unbridled creativity to find solutions to clean up the damage we have done to Mother Earth and each other, quickly and brilliantly.

We also no longer live with the energy of judgment, because we know how to transform it with compassion.

Esther Haasnoot: Why is the clearing of the emotional field so essential to the Ascension process?

Judith Corvin-Blackburn: We have to navigate through the 4th dimension which is an emotional rather than a physical one. As 3D humans, we are always interacting with it, but often unconsciously. The way the 4th dimension is structured is like an umbrella, which Barbara Hand Clow explains in both The Pleiadean Agenda and Alchemy of Nine Dimensions, and which she channeled from the Pleiadeans. (The chart is in the book.) At various points in this ‘umbrella,’ there are portals to the higher dimensions. But, when we have uncleared emotions, which we will have if we don’t do our emotional healing, it makes 4D murky and makes it difficult to access the higher dimensional frequencies. We cannot fully ascend until we heal the old wounds and trauma (which we know now can also be passed down through our DNA), and thus clear our part of the 4D murkiness.

Esther Haasnoot: Here on Earth we are challenged by the polarity, which is the nature of this dimension. How to integrate these opposites and see things from a higher-dimensional perspective, without getting caught in the drama of reactivity?

Judith Corvin-Blackburn: I think this is one of the main Ascension challenges. Polarity, in and of itself is harmless, it simply means that there will always be opposites. It is attaching to one side or the other that creates our suffering, and keeps us from our higher dimensional frequency, and therefore from living in a higher dimensional perspective and world. We are taught to think “this is good, this is bad,” and “I’m right; my beliefs are right, and you are wrong; your beliefs are wrong.” As we know, wars are continually being fought about this. As we understand that it is not about bad or good, or about what is right or what is wrong, but rather about love and kindness, we open our hearts wide enough to hold all of good/bad, and right/wrong in compassion. As we do this, the suffering and injustice of our 3D world can disappear.

On a personal level, it means that we step out of any emotional dramas. We learn to honor all our feelings without allowing them to harm. And we go through our lives then with a sense of inner peacefulness. Since we are still humans, of course, there will be disruption to this, but in clearing our emotional field and activating our 5D frequency, we have strategies in place to neutralize future disruptions and return to that state of inner peace.
We are expanding enough to hold all polarities in a loving container.

Esther Haasnoot: Our hearts and souls know that we can step into our full power, into full spiritual adulthood, And yet ironically, owning this transformative power is one of the greatest challenges we face. What are the resistances we collectively hold that keep us from stepping into our full potential?

Judith Corvin-Blackburn: We have believed for millenniums to count on our egos and outer authority which program our egos, to keep us safe. Our cultures teach us to beware of others who are different. We are also programmed somewhat unconsciously, to believe we are not good enough and cannot trust ourselves enough to know what is right. And in turn, that we should follow outer authority, and not think and ‘know’ for ourselves.

Fear of breaking away from these beliefs, fuel our greatest resistance. Sadly, these beliefs tell us that creating a loving, just world is impossible. This keeps us from stepping into our Spirit’s wisdom and guidance. I cover this in great detail in my book: Empowering the Spirit: A Process to Activate Our Full Soul Potential.

Esther Haasnoot: We access psychic information all the time. Most people have had these senses diminished by a society that claims they do not exist, despite their universal nature. Some people have a very difficult time protecting themselves as their sensitivities have opened. Often, they do not know how to keep from feeling overwhelmed with their new gifts. What can they do to stay in balance and maintain protective boundaries?

Judith Corvin-Blackburn: In the process of awakening and reclaiming our 5D potential, our empathy and psychic abilities keep increasing. This is another reason why doing our personal emotional healing is so essential. If we do not have a way to know what we are feeling and to observe ourselves and our thoughts on a daily basis, we cannot tell what is ours, versus what we are picking up from others. Once we reach a certain level of healing and awareness, we can sort this out, which allows us to keep our balance.

Our emotional healing is also the key to having healthy boundaries, which protects us from the pain and dysfunction we are picking up. And of course, it is important to regularly ground ourselves in the heart of Mother Earth.

Esther Haasnoot: If we put our vision into motion and people align their hearts to create a more coherent life for themselves and joining with others to create a more loving, compassionate, and higher consciousness way to live on the planet. What is the key to this manifestation, and how does the world look like when the transformation to a 5D world is complete?

Judith Corvin-Blackburn: I suppose the real key is for us to understand that we have the power to co-create this world, to manifest it together.

In a 5D world, all of us on the planet have stepped into our full vibrancy. Our hearts overflow with our love and appreciation of each other and our beautiful Earth. We all know that we are here to make a contribution to the ‘Greater Good,” and that this contribution comes from what we love to do. There is no more war, famine, suffering because we have learned to neutralize polarity which includes the war, malnutrition, and suffering within our own psyches. We no longer perpetrate harm to others or any living thing. We know in our hearts and souls that all humans are equal and all deserve to be treated with honor and respect.

Our basic needs for healthy food, clean water, and air, as well as simple but beautiful shelters, are available for everyone. I think we’ll be back in sort of a village kind of situation: maybe with cities housing several of these villages that have lots of green spaces both within and around them. Art will be everywhere.
We will all have access to free and clean energy. We will have reclaimed and perhaps further developed systems of physical healing to rebalance our bodies in health and wholeness. We welcome all cultural, racial, sexual, and gender differences and see how those differences can blend in a beautiful new tapestry of humanity.

Together, we co-create a world where everyone and all of life can thrive. Vibrancy and joyfulness have replaced anxiety and depression as the norm.
